Goal 1: Still 100 things to go.
Goal 2: Added some leg exercises, all of them are without added weight
- 30 push-ups (1 series)
- 20 sit-ups (1 series)
- 50 squats (1 series)
- 50 standing calf raises (1 series)
Goal 3: Apart from thinking about it, I did nothing.
