Goal 2: I spread them out over the day

  • 2x 10 triceps dip
  • 2x 10 leg raises (ab exercise)
  • 1x 50 calf raises
  • 1x 30 squats

Goal 3: Did not play. Listened to music though. Our television service has on demand concerts (at no additional cost), and I listened to a Tori Amos concert from 1997. Powerful music!
